Q. If I sign up as a member of MMA Monster, can anyone see my information?
Your information is stored on a highly secured & verified database and cannot be viewed, shared, sold or accessed by any person/s, systems or 3rd parties.
Q. Will you keep a copy of my credit card details?
No! Absolutely not. MMA Monster cannot see or save your credit card details.
Q. Where's my order and how can I tell if it's been posted?
MMA Monster will ship your order within 24 hours of payment clearing.
Each domestic (Australian) order comes with a unique consignment number, beginning with "KT4" or "L3W". This tracking number can be found by logging into the MMA Monster store and going to http://www.mmamonster.com.au/account.php?action=order_status. For each order you place, you'll see the line "The tracking number for this order is KT40000000". This is your unique tracking number.
To find out where your package is, go to http://www.auspost.com.au/track/, under domestic tracking, check the "Consignment number (eParcel only)" radio button and enter your tracking number in the Number field provided. Click "Go" and you'll see details on your package.
Once your item(s) have been accepted by Australia Post and are in transit to you, the status of your item(s) will be "Manifest Accepted".
Note that this tracking does not go into the fine detail of where the Australia Post truck/train is. It only shows the milestones, for example: post office from which it was sent, postal processing facility near you, your street address, etc.
Q. What's MMA Monster's returns policy?
MMA Monster will accept goods that are returned within 30 days of receipt and are in like new (tags attached) condition. MMA Monster will not charge you for any additional postage. Your replacement items are sent to you free of charge!!

Q. Does MMA Monster have a store or somewhere I can go to try on the clothing?
MMA Monster is an online business and, unfortunately, we don't have a store front that customers can visit, to try on clothing. However, we do accept returns if the purchase you made turns out to be the wrong size. If you return the item that doesn't fit, we'll send you the replacement without any additional charge for postage.
Q. Are the products at MMA Monster offical?
Yes. We deal only with the licensed manufactures of MMA goods and their authorized wholesalers. Absolutely everything for sale at MMA Monster is a genuine product.
Q. What payment methods do you support?
- Credit Card (Visa and Mastercard) - Your credit card details are processed by our secure credit card processing partner eway.com.au (Australia's largest internet payment gateway)
- PayPal - Pay securely and instantly using the PayPal system
- By Phone (Visa and Mastercard) - if you'd rather speak to one of our customer service representatives, call us on 1800 FIGHTER (Australian residents only) and we'll process your order. If our phones are unattended, please leave a message and one of our customer services representatives will call you back.
Q. Where are you Site Security and Company Policies?
Your privacy and security are very important to us. Our website is secured using AustSecure 128 bit encryption. We've also partnered with eWay.com.au, who handle all our credit card transactions.

Q. Can I return an item if it's the wrong size?
Yes. We understand that it can be difficult to buy clothing on the internet. As such we allow returns if the item is still in new condition (you haven't worn it to the gym) and still has it's tags. You just need to send the item back to MMA Monster and we'll send you the replacement. We do not charge any additional postage for the replacement item.
