Returns Policy

MMA Monster is committed to providing you the best customer service experience.  As such, you can shop knowing that if you change your mind or the item is the wrong size, you can return it, no questions asked. We'll even pay for the postage to send you the new item!!  We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

MMA Monster will offer you a refund or an exchange if you change your mind or if you ordered the wrong size, providing the tags are still on.

Training gear that has been used cannot be returned.  Underwear cannot be returned for hygienic reasons.  Groin protectors that have been opened cannot be returned for hygienic reasons.

If you need to return an item, shoot us an email @ info@mmamonster.com.au letting us know what item you would like to exchange/return, then simply send the item back to us using the address below, we will send out a replacement FREE of charge. "Size Guarantee" offer is valid for domestic customers only.

Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based.
